Flutter app restaurant management system

I am a student from Turkey who wants to build a start-up. I need a Flutter app (so can be used android web and ios) that is an restaurant management system.
-There will be user of estaurants, waiters can take orders and this orders will go to reciept printer at bar or kitchen.

-menu and such.
I will attach a link to an app bellow which has all futures I want. What I need is that this app will be Saas so I can sell it to different restaurants/cafes. I have 500 dollars as budget. I hope I clearly described and hope we can work together.
