Flutter Webview Local Notifications

Hello, I made a customization in my flutter webview project. In this way, I ensure that the local notifications on my site are automatically sent to the applications (like your status, commented, sent you a message, etc.)
But there is a problem, the notifications do not work when the app is first installed, the user needs to log out of their account and log back in for the notifications to work.
