Flutter VPN App (WireGuard, multi-node, backend integration) – Budget max €600

We are looking for a developer with proven experience in VPNs (WireGuard/OpenVPN) and Flutter.
This is not just a UI job — the Flutter base app is already done. The goal is to build a functional VPN service with backend + multi-node support.
We already have:
VPS running WireGuard (wg-easy).
Flutter app UI kit already integrated.
We need:
Backend/API that:
Manages multiple WireGuard nodes (each VPS is a node).
Handles user authentication and subscription plans (free/premium).
Provides config strings to the app (no file downloads, direct injection).
Flutter integration:
Login system connected to backend.
Country/server list → connect to chosen node.
WireGuard tunnel runs directly in-app (Android/iOS).
Freemium system:
Free plan: limited nodes/speed.
Premium: all nodes, full speed.
Documentation: how to deploy new nodes and add them to backend.
Deliverables:
Fully working backend/API integrated with WireGuard nodes.
Updated Flutter app that connects to backend and manages tunnels.
Clear instructions for node deployment and scaling.
Budget:
Max €600 (fixed, non-negotiable).
