Seeking freelancer to complete our video calling implementation with app not running. The app is utilizing flutter_webrtc package and working when app is running in foreground or background. Using a number of flutter packages, the primary issue is not able to open the app for answering call with the app NOT running.
Requirements:
- Implementation for Android and iOS
- Implement answering voip notification when app is not running similar to whatsapp, viber, fb messenger, etc.
- Preferred to use flutter pub packages but open for custom native code customization
- Experience with CallKit(iOS) and ConnectionService(Android) preferred
