Flutter or React Native Mobile App for Security Personnel Management
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
An Application that links institutions with Security Personnel available in the local area.
example: you are a club owner that needs 4 Male security tonight to cover an event:
You will:
1)Log into the application through the institution user platform, upload the shift on the application and the requirements and the pay £/hour
2) This will then send out an alert to the security personnel on our database in the area.
3) Security personnel with open availability get a ping.
5) Once the personnel accept the shift, their credentials will appear on the institution account for them to choose from.( Name, Id, reviews, experience, height, SIA Badge number...)
6) Once the institution chooses the personnel suitable, the personnel full profile is shared with the institution and vice versa - Maybe then opening a chat between the two.
7) Once the shift is completed the Institution then leaves a review - 5 Star System and review.

Essentially the platform functions as a national recruitment agency for security badge holders providing real time flexible shift availability to all eligible guards in the area. it will be trialed in a small city with a small database of security badge holders and institutions.
