Flutter NFC Emulator for Android and IOS

i am looking for NFC emulator the phone becomes my NFC tag .

For example to access a door or building . Instead of using a NFC card , we will just use our app /phone on the access reader instead of a traditional access card

so the app needs to emulate an NFC tag with the data / value we providing from the APP

I am looking only the for the NFC emulation functionality using flutter , UI /UX is not important .
Ideally just a text box to enter some data and a button to start the NFC emulation , when i present the phone to a NFC reader i should be able to see the data we passed in the text box .
Total budget is 150 USD
50 USD when i receive working android app .
50 USD on receiving the working code with the functionality for android .
50 USD released after reciving the app which would work on IOS and the working code .

This is a bit urgent Need the function for android within 1-2 days . Functionality for IOS even 2-3 days after is fine .
