**Developer Requirements:**
- A seasoned mobile app developer with over 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Flutter development.
**Introduction:**
The client-side UI will be programmed using Flutter. However, the protocol layers will utilize [shadowsocks](https://shadowsocks.org/) and [hysteria](https://v2.hysteria.network/). Both these protocol libraries are mature, with the former developed in Rust and the latter in Golang. You may need to write intermediary code to invoke the binary programs of shadowsocks and hysteria through Flutter.
This VPN is designed to function seamlessly in environments with strict internet censorship, distinguishing it from conventional VPNs like L2TP/OpenVPN/Wireguard, which lack resistance to network blockades.
**Backend API and Management System:**
The backend API and management system are based on the open-source [v2board](https://v2board.com/), developed using PHP Laravel.

**Key Requirements:**
1. Support for the latest [shadowsocks protocol](https://shadowsocks.org/).
2. Integration of the [hysteria protocol](https://v2.hysteria.network/).
3. Compatibility with both Android and Apple iOS, including successful app store deployment.
4. Integration with v2board for registration, login, subscription (VPN server node management), and billing (expiry management).
5. In-app purchase and renewal capabilities.
**Desirable Qualities:**
1. Familiarity with the shadowsocks protocol.
2. Knowledge of the hysteria protocol.
3. Previous experience in VPN development.
4. Experience with [v2board](https://v2board.com/).
**Primary Features:**
1. Registration, login, purchase/renewal.
2. Internet proxy via the mobile VPN client.
3. Integration with an online customer service system for user feedback.
