Flutter Mobile App + Web Admin Panel

I'm looking for a skilled independent developer to build a Flutter mobile app (iOS & Android) along with a web-based admin panel for a platform where creators can monetize and sell digital content—such as fitness plans, photos, videos, documents, and more.

Concept Overview:
The concept is simple:
Creators upload their content, set a price, and receive a unique link to share.
Buyers can use that link to purchase and access the content—no app browsing required for buyers.

The goal is a secure and streamlined experience for both creators and buyers—drawing inspiration from existing platforms, but with a clean, modern design.

Analytics for Creators
Track earnings, views, and downloads via a simple dashboard.

Social Sharing
Creators can share content links via Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, etc.

Multilingual Support
App should support localization for multiple languages.

Web Admin Panel Features:
User Management
Manage both creator and buyer accounts, verify users, and handle support/disputes.

Your task is to implement the design in Flutter and ensure a consistent and polished user experience.
