Flutter QR Code Scanner with Sound and Note

I am in immediate need of a -skilled Flutter app developer who can build a QR code scanner on Android. To keep scalability for IOS app
Key Features:
- The app needs to scan QR codes and register them to a user account upon entering a 14 digit activation key. App need to verify 14 digit activation key.
- The end-user should have the ability to add sound and notes to each QR code in his account.
- When QR codes are scanned, the corresponding sound must be played and Note will be poped up for editing.
- Note contains list of items, so UI/UX should be like that.
App Requirements:
- The sound to be played can be a sound file uploaded by the end user or a default sound option within the app.
- I'm in need of default sound options within the app that the end user can choose from.
- The app must work on both Android and iOS platforms.
Ideal Candidate:
- extensive Flutter app development experience,
- QR code scanning and audio file integration.
Please note that I need this project completed ASAP. Therefore, bidders who can work full-time on this project will be given preference. If deemed necessary, please include some examples of Flutter apps you've previously developed. I'm looking forward to your proposals!
