Flutter-Based Orders Tracking Mobile App - Cross Platform

Hi everyone, first of all, the mobile developer MUST be able to speak "TURKISH" language. Communication will be much easier.
• We need a Native application for our web software used for Order Tracking. The data required for the application will be obtained through the web service prepared by us. Web service access information, logos, images or sample themes will also be provided to the mobile application developer by us.
• The project will be developed with FLUTTER for Android and IOS. When the application is ready, it will be uploaded to the relevant application markets (Google Play and Appstore) with the username and password given to the mobile developer. We have market accounts for google and IOS.
• All web services (API) that the application will need have been prepared by us. It will be shared with the developer. If there is a missing or additional need in the web service, additions or edits will be made by us.
• At the end of the project, all source codes and graphical interfaces must be delivered to us.
