Flutter App Update and Playstore Submission

I have a readymade Flutter App that needs some text field changes and an updated version uploaded to the play store.
- Setup Admin Panel: The project requires an Admin Panel to manage the app's content and functionality.
- Design Changes: The logo, icon, colour scheme, and package of the app need to be updated. The design files are available.
- Play Store Submission: After the updates are made, I need the freelancer to upload the revised version to the Play Store.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience with Flutter
- Proficiency in setting up Admin Panels
- Strong design skills and experience
- Previous experience with Play Store submission
