Flutter App and Laravel Backend Fixes "In app purchase issue in Flutter app"

I'm currently in need of a seasoned Flutter developer who can efficiently resolve the in-app purchase issues in my app, which was developed for both iOS and Android platforms. The main problem lies within the flutter application with Laravel backend, specifically with the in_app_purchase & webhooks setup.
I have developed a Flutter app with Laravel backend integration.
For the Google Play Store and iOS App Store integration, I have utilized the in_app_purchase Flutter package for managing in-app purchases. While initial purchases are working smoothly, I am facing challenges with implementing webhooks. I aim to set up webhooks on PHP backend to receive notifications for successful payments or subscription renewals.
Regarding real-time notifications, I have attempted to use push pub/sub in the Google Cloud Console for Android. Although notifications appear correctly on the console, they're not hitting the PHP endpoint I have configured. Similarly, on the iOS side, notifications aren't reaching the designated server endpoint.
In iOS, I am encountering an issue with purchase verification, receiving error code 21003 when attempting to verify purchases.
Additionally, I am exploring how to handle subscription restoration and ensure proper notification to the backend in such cases.
