Flutter App Feature Addition and Enhancement

I'm looking for a skilled Flutter developer to add new features to our application and enhance the existing functionality.

Need a update in our existing flutter application.
which is for Android,Desktop,IOS.
This is a custom dashboard application used for receiving data from our sensor through MQTT
Required Functionality.
Application is running and stable, it just needs 2 new implementations and 1 issue fix.
These things should work in android 14 as well.
1. application should run even when application is closed. To give alerts based on the sensor data received (notifications).
2. Whenever there is an alert, it needs a siren sound.
3. We are using Flutter ISOLATE to create an MQTT connection. In this ISOLATE we are receiving all the data. and it is being passed to UI for update.
when the application is closed. It should just give alert notifications based on the received data. When the user clicks on the foreground notification it should redirect to the main application.

4. Foreground notification should have 2 buttons Stop and Keep.
When the user clicks on "Stop" button, the foreground process should not run even application is closed.

5. Sometimes 2 ISOLATEs are created, resulting in multiple connections. This issue should be resolved.
6. i will give access to a system where you have to login and complete the code.
7. Looking for people who know about Background and foreground services, Notifications, and Flutter ISOLATE.
