Flutter App UX Enhancement

I'm seeking an experienced Flutter developer to implement several improvements on our Android app aimed at general consumers. The focus is to enhance the user experience.

Key Requirements:

User Signup:
- Change OTP sender name to Company Name.
- Include message body with OTP.

Referral Program:
- Implement "Refer a Friend" feature. Users earn 50 in wallet on friend's first purchase.

Notifications:
- Ensure notifications work seamlessly on both apps.

Performance:
- Reduce app launch time, add a loading screen.
- Adjust UI by reducing space between category icons and names. Limit to 8 categories, use "View More" for additional.

Branding:
- Add company logo at the bottom of the app.

Store App Modifications:

Default Catalogue:
- Set up a default catalogue for every category.

Order Stages:
- Change order stages to: Accept - Items Received - Items Ready - Dispatched - Delivered.

UI Fixes:
- Resolve blank page issue on logout.
- Fix blank payout page.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
