I'm looking for an experienced Flutter developer to build an APK from readymade Flutter project. No need to change any thing, just build APK.

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Flutter and Android APK development
- Experience with building and publishing APKs from Flutter projects
- Knowledge about the latest Android version's compatibility requirements

Please note, there's no need for any specific configurations or features in the APK at this point, however, it should be built with standard permissions and settings.
