Floor Plan Drawing App Development
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm seeking an experienced app developer to create a floor plan drawing app akin to SecondFloor (please look at it here...https://www.secondfloorapp.com/). The app needs to be compatible with both Android devices (with ARCore) and iPhones (utilizing Lidar technology).
Key Features:
1. Instantaneous production of a floor plan.
2. Display of all room dimensions.
3. Extensive user-editing capabilities: adding, moving, or subtracting walls, doors, windows, stairs, dimensions, and room labels.
4. Feedback mechanism indicating what has or hasn't been measured.
5. Temporary display of a logo/pattern over the floor plan until user payment. Post-payment, the logo disappears and sharing/emailing of the floor plan is enabled.
6. Integration of payment system, preferably Stripe.
7. Inclusion of pre-drawn home features such as pools, decks, patios, and any other features I may wish to add. The user must be able to size these features so they can fit the floor plan.

- Extensive background in cross-platform app development.
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design for interactive apps.
- Experience with integrating payment systems in apps.
