Fleet Management Live Location Tracking App

I'm looking for an expert in Kotlin and Socket.io to develop a live location tracking app for fleet management.
Key Features:
- Real-time vehicle tracking: The app should provide up-to-the-second updates on vehicle locations.
- Route optimization: The app should be able to suggest the most efficient routes for the vehicles.
- Geofencing: The app should support geofencing to define virtual boundaries for vehicle operations.
- Driver behavior monitoring: The app can monitor and report driver behaviors such as speeding, sudden braking, and sharp turns.
- Vehicle diagnostics: The app should monitor and report vehicle health and diagnostics data in real-time.
- Fuel consumption tracking: The app should be able to track and report the fuel consumption of each vehicle.
- Trip history logs: The app can keep a detailed log of all trips, including start and end times, routes taken, and total distance covered.
- Multi-user access: The app can support multiple user roles with different access permissions (e.g., driver, fleet manager).
- Emergency response alerts: The app can send alerts to the fleet manager in case of an emergency situation such as accidents or breakdowns.
Ideal Skills:
