Fix the submenu in Android

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in coding Java. I have got a problem with the submenu under the subheader called "Folder". When I added it will not show in the menu under the folder. I want to add the submenu item when I create a new folder and set the menu items in the alphabetical order. If you can do this for $40 that would be great.
