Fix some issues in Android

We need someone to help us fix some performance issues in our Native Android app written in Java/Kotlin. The issues are occurring specifically in our in-app features, causing slow loading times and navigation. We are looking for someone with experience in optimizing app performance, particularly in Native Android development. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin and Native Android development
- Experience with performance optimization and debugging
- Familiarity with profiling tools such as Android Studio Profiler or Traceview
- Understanding of memory management and CPU usage in Android apps
- Knowledge of design patterns such as Model-View-Controller (MVC) or Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) for organizing code
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve performance issues
