Fix some bugs in an Android call recorder app

I have an Android call recorder app that uses the accessibility options as a workaround because Google prevents call recording.

The app has the following bugs:
The system keeps killing the app even though the battery optimization is disabled for the app.
The app keeps showing the initial wizard.

Extra but not urgent:
Errors in the log on the first run.

You should have Android 12 to apply.
