Fix flutter app and upgrade all dependencies

It's a flutter mobile app for Android that is not working. I got an exception when I try to run it in the emulator. The exception it's related to register a plugin. It's necessary to upgrade all depencies. It used libraries like firebase, shared preferences and other ones.
