Fix Simple In App Purchase Bug In Simple Cordova Project

I'm looking for a freelancer to fix a simple in app purchase bug in a small Cordova project I've been building. The project is mainly for Android. The bug manifests when users are trying to purchase items and The Play store billing doesn't show up.
