Fix Lock Timer Notification in Kotlin App

My Android app, developed in Kotlin, is facing issues with the Lock Timer Notification after an update to the FCM SDK. The notification is not locked anymore and the timer is not visible in the notification.
Key Requirements:
- Identify and fix the issue stemming from the FCM SDK update.
- Restore both timer visibility and locked notification functionality.
