Fitness Job Board App

I’m looking to bring a niche job-board app to life for the fitness industry and need a developer who can deliver a functional prototype for both iOS and Android.

The core scope
• Cross-platform build that launches smoothly on the App Store and Google Play
• Three user roles built in from day one—Job Seekers, Employers, and an Admin dashboard for me
• Key modules:
– 2 job listing boards searchable by location, role, and qualification. One for permanent roles, the other for short-term or one-off cover opportunities.
– Application tracking so employers can review, shortlist, and hire within the app
– In-app messaging for real-time conversations between candidates and hiring managers
- profile verification linked to monetisation - free to post and apply at basic levels, subscription to apply with premium profile features.
• Extras bonus would be a lightweight bookkeeping add-on to help sole-trader trainers track basic income/expenses.

What I expect as deliverables
1. Detailed technical plan and wireframes for every screen
2. Clickable prototype or MVP build that I can test on both platforms
3. Clean, well-documented code (React Native or Flutter is fine—open to your suggestion)
4. Simple web-based admin panel to manage users, jobs, and payments
5. Handover session plus two weeks of post-launch bug support
