First Responders & Veterans Aid App

I'm aiming to launch a minimum viable product (MVP) of a mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms specifically geared towards first responders and military veterans. Potential freelancers must have a strong understanding of not only technical requirements but also user-centric design since this app's expected to provide necessary aid to its target users.
Looking for a freelancer or team to help develop an MVP for a startup company www.afteractionreview.com. Within the attachment, you will find a breakdown of the MVP highlighted in green on the second sheet. If qualified to complete all areas outside of MVP, equity in the company may be an option depending on the project success of MVP.
1. Source code management needs to be disclosed. I will need admin access. Code Repository
2. CICD Pipeline - continuous integration and continuous deployment must be clear if multiple people are coding on the same project. How often are you deploying the code per sprint?
3. Agile development is required in creating the story.
4. Must be willing to occasionally work with a technical advisor to review coding for bugs and infrastructure.
5. Must document the architecture using diagrams.
6. Non-Disclosure Agreement must be provided
