Firebase Developer for a small Cloud Functions work

I'm looking for a skilled Firebase developer to create cloud functions for an application on both iOS and Android.

Key tasks include:
1. Create a cloud function to pull records from Realtime Database within a 5km radius based on user’s GPS location. Inputs: user’s current location & radius.
2. Set up notifications for users within the specified radius whenever a new record is added to the Realtime Database.
3. Implement daily standard notifications to users based on radius.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Firebase, especially Cloud Functions and Realtime Database
- Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Ability to implement location-based data filtering
