notifications to help remind users about upcoming appointments have been added. The user just needs to be able to set the “reminders” and “remindersTime” fields in USCUser to enable/disable and set notification time. we just need a toggle button and a way to set the reminder time to 10 min, 15 min, 30, min, 45 min, 1 hour
