Finalize Android app for time registration

I am looking for a talented Android developer to help me finish a time-registration app. The app is setup with retrofit and sql delight for persistence of data.
The app exchange data with our ERP system via rest API data sources. I want you to focus on UI, retrofit and the Sqldelight local db. The app will evolve with time so there is no specific deadline. But a bare bones working app is main priority. The app is already prototyped in Power Apps which can be used as a reference.
The app is primarily intended used in an assembly line environment on tablets.
I have existing Android app development experience, but I just don't have the time to do it, as I have many other tasks to complete atm - so I'm hoping to find someone with a proven track record of success.
