File monitor Android app

I need a freelancer who can create an Android app that tracks my file count, file deletion and creates a log of it. Only for images and videos. Excluding system files. (I only care about folders in my Gallery).

Things I want to see:
- List of files deleted
- Size of files deleted
- Size of files being tracked
- Count of files deleted
- Count of files overall

Should not be too heavy on the phone. It should index files lightly and quickly and monitor folders for changes.

I need this only for myself, nothing to share on Play Store or anything of the like.

My images and videos keep on disappearing. I want to see what images and videos are being deleted. How many per day, the pattern, etc. That's the idea.
