Figma to Android XML Conversion

I need a professional who can convert my Figma designs into Android design XML. The design should be responsive to all screens, with specific attention to:

- Resizing: Frame buttons should resize according to the screen.
- Interactivity: Hovering effects, button click actions, and item categories should be implemented as per the Figma prototype.
- Animation: Transitions between frames should be identical to the original design.
