Field survey application

We are looking for a team of developers who are extremely good at both development and GIS knowledge. We need multiform application that helps our field surveyors to capture the required attributes with photo and map coordinates according to the type of survey they will be doing. The app should be able to handle multiple user login and should process seamless data transfer and synchronisation to database in the backend server. Should be able to generate multiple reports based on the captured data. Post handover one year support should be provided for bug fixes and improvements.
