Family GPS Tracker & FTP Sync App

I'm seeking a skilled Android Java app developer to create a Family GPS tracker app with real-time tracking capabilities. The app will also need to sync various types of data (images, videos, PDFs, and documents) with an FTP server.

Key features required:
- Family GPS tracker for real-time tracking.
- Create family group and add members for group tracking.
- Syncing with FTP server: handling images, videos, PDFs, and documents.
- User authentication: ensuring secure access to the app.
- Offline mode: allowing the app to function without internet access.
- Manual sync and Auto sync data.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Android app development.
- Prior work with GPS tracking apps( GPS and Mobile network)
- Save tracking history in every 5 second
- Familiarity with FTP auto data syncing.
- Skills in implementing user authentication systems( Role :Admin,user)
- Login and Registration
- Expertise in creating offline-capable apps.
- Provide admin functionality to control user,role, profile handling.
- Show user route timeline.
- Experience in handling multimedia data within apps.

I will provide ftp and database ( phpmyadmin) on server.
