Facebook ellipsis button doesn't work on all facebook pages

I have a private fb profile account.
I have this issue on my phone (android) only.
When I am using fb and try to follow some other fb pages most of them allow me to click on the ellipsis button and follow them but some don't. I created a new fb profile on the same phone but the problem continues.
When other people on other phones try it it works well for them. When I do it on my laptop I have no issues.
It is just an issue on my phone.
