The app is a platform that allows users(patients) to interface with doctors from different locations of the world.
Users can ask questions by going to app and using the chat button to trigger a conversion with a doctor.
The doctor should be able to ascertain the name and location of the user(patient) at start of the conversation.
Doctors are to sign up on their own version of the app to have some sort of dash board access to manage conversation with the users, this is different from the back end with is controlled by the super administrator.
Users can access the app by downloading it on their respective app store.
When users access the app they begin conversation by clicking the chat button. This triggers a dropdown form where the user(patient) enters their details. Name, Phone number, Email and a tick box to accept terms and conditions. (some sort of sign up without a signup process). Making it easy to start conversations immediately.
Hence this app basically provides a platform for interactions to happen between users (potential patients) and doctors.
