FMCG Sales Automation System Development

I need a custom field reporting and sales automation system for an FMCG company. The system should include:

Key Modules Required:
- Central Admin Dashboard (Web)
- Mobile App for Van / Sales Teams / company outlet / vendors
- Stock entry, cash collection, route tracking (Google Maps)
- Mobile App for Vendors & Shops (Android and iOS)
- Order placement, notifications, order tracking
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Stock transfers, expiry tracking, reconciliation
- Sales Management & Reporting
- Daily/Monthly reports, MIS, performance logs
- Forecasting & Demand Planning

Preferred Tech Stack:
- Frontend: Flutter (mobile), React (web)
- Backend: Node.js or Laravel
- Database: PostgreSQL or Firebase
- Hosting: AWS or Microsoft Azure or our suggested cloud
- Maps: Google Maps SDK

Deliverables:
- Complete working system (Web + Mobile)
- Source code with technical documentation
- Training support for modules
- Hosting & deployment support
- Bug fixing period (at least 30 days)

Legal Requirement:
- Full source code must be delivered upon final handover or if the project is terminated mid-way.
- We (the client) will retain full ownership of the intellectual property.
- NDA and IP Agreement may be signed upon project award.

- Strong background in building centralized dashboards with data visualization, inventory management, and analytics.
- Expertise in real-time tracking technologies and integration.
