Expert Ad Manager for Mobile App

I am looking for a skilled ad manager to optimize and manage advertisements in my Java-based mobile app. The current ad platforms used are Meta, InMobi, Unity, and AppLovin Max. The project should also include the integration and management of two additional networks: Pangle and Liftoff. The goal is to maximize ad revenue effectively while ensuring great user experience.
