Experienced java Android app développer needed ( knows AGORA)

PLEASE READ ALL THE REQUIERMENTS
We are making an app built on java , firebase , agora api .
This app IS like azar , Omegle ..
But we are facing some issues in the app

The issues are :

1- It has difficulties to connect 2 users and chat , sometimes it Work , but most of Times it doesnt Work , when we click on next or stop it has also difficulties to reconnect , it is not smooth at all

2- when we test the app with 3 users or more , it displays wrong names , even sometimes it displays wrong camera ( camera or name of previous user )


Will not hire someone with 0 experience in this field .
