Experienced MDM Android App Developer Needed for New App Development

We are looking for an experienced MDM Android Developer to build a new mobile application. We have a reference solution and need a skilled developer to create a similar app with customizations.
Project Scope:

Develop an MDM (Mobile Device Management) Android app
Implement Device Owner (DO) & Work Profile (PO) setup.
Enforce security policies (app whitelisting, remote wipe, restrictions).
Enable device provisioning & enrollment workflows.
Integrate with MDM platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron, etc.).

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Proven experience in developing MDM-based Android applications.
✅ Strong understanding of Android Enterprise APIs & Device Policy Manager.
✅ Familiarity with Google Play EMM APIs & enterprise security standards.
✅ Ability to optimize for performance, security, and seamless device management.
✅ Experience with AOSP customizations (preferred but not required).
