Experienced Android Developer Needed for App Update and Code Integration

I'm looking for an experienced Android developer to upgrade and enhance my app from 2022. The scope of the project includes:

1. App Update: Ensure compatibility with the latest Android version, updating all deprecated libraries and functions.

2. Code Integration: Merge two separate source codes into one, incorporating specific features from one into the main application. Both source codes will be provided.

3. Ad Integration:
- Improve targeting, reduce loading time, and enhance user experience with StartApp ads.
- Add and integrate Facebook ads.

4. In-app Update Functionality: Implement or fix the in-app update feature using the appropriate API.

5. Update Push Notifications.

6. Implement firebase crashlytics
