Expense tracker app

Want to build a iOS and Android expense tracker app. that can: (1) import expenses on the go that come via text messages and can scan small bills by taking a picture and storing the date by date, expense type, purpose, and amount. (2) import credit card statements via pdf, excel to track identifiable bills on the credit card (3) report of expenses by card / bank / nature of transaction by PDF, view online, excel (4) connect with banks in India for credit card info and tracking.
