Fix ExpendableListview navigation drawer

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in coding java for Android. I want to add subtitle in the expendablelistview which I did but when I click on the subtitle, it will be clickable so I want to disable it. And I want to display the divider for each group without have the divider in the child. I want to make it exactly as my screenshot. If you can do it for $30 that would be great.
