Existing Android app - implement PeriodicWorkRequest

Implement a functionality in an existing app.

I need to make a periodic job on background and for this I need someone to make work PeriodicWorkRequest.

Just write the code to make the periodic work and launch an empty function who write in the dev log the timestamp as working proof.
