Excel shit convert to app with calendar and all data of 18 member of a team work

I need an app for daily and year schedule. We have already a complexe excel shit with all data already included. There is a calendar with everybody duty, part time, vacation with automatic calculation of duties, vacation, part time. Is it possible to make an app that is playable by each member of the team with their own data, all service statistics and a module to make permutation and notification for duties.
