Event tickets App

I'd like to commission an eventbright style ticketing app, built in a figma style I've purchased.

I'd like the entire app built in flutter using firestore (and their login process).

I do need the code to be clean and easy to understand and maintain. Initial screens I want are:
- screens to create organizer (and display organizer profile)
- screens to create an event (and display an event)
- screen to list all events (limiting based on event end time)
- ability for users to purchase tickets without being an organizer (payment integration beyond apple/android pay is not needed)
- screens/ability to scan the ticket QR code and mark a ticket as used
- screens to display event ticket sales status

I will be completing the backend and remainder of the work so the code must be reasonable to read and well organized.

Please give a quote for the entire project and pieces outlined.
