Event Ticketing, Worker Tracking Saas and Mobile app.

I am looking for a developer with a ready built event ticketing app that can operate as a payment processor for event websites, to allow for payment of tickets, then send tickets with QR code to email of the purchaser and also send calendar files to the purchaser. Then when the purchaser arrives at the venue the app can scan the ticket and allow entry. Need to also check vaccination status of purchaser during purchase and also at venue to sight digital vaccine certificate. This is Phase 1.

Phase 2 is to add capability for workers of the event organiser, to be added to the system, recieve tasks of work, track task completion and also allow the event organiser to see worker location via phone/gps. Work is allocated via Saas or mobile interface.

Phase 3 is to track attendee's movements at the venue during the event. so that if someone is infected or is positive for covid at venue, organiser can send the data the person interacted with at the venue and date/time so that authorities can help the other people exposed. This type of tool will be required for success events in future.
