Estate Management Mobile Apps Development

I need to build native iOS and Android apps for a residential estate management system that supports multi-role authentication, QR code visitor passes, and payment collection. The goal is to create a cohesive platform that integrates these features seamlessly.

Scope of work
- Develop native iOS and Android apps with biometric login.
- Implement QR code visitor pass generation and scanning.
- Integrate payment systems (Paystack/Flutterwave) for dues collection.
- Create real-time announcements system with push notifications.
- Ensure offline support with local database and auto-sync.
- Develop gate access control features using QR scanning and manual entry.
- Build backend with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions).
- Prepare apps for App Store and Play Store submission.
- Provide source code and documentation.


Additional information
A prototype PWA exists for reference only, but the final product will be mobile-only.
