Equipment Measurement Flutter Platform

I need an Xt-equipment measurement solution built with a single codebase in either Flutter or React. The project must ship two interfaces—an Android app for field use and a responsive web dashboard for office staff—so shared components and a clean UI architecture are essential.

For the web dashboard I will rely on:
• User management that lets me add, edit, suspend, and audit users.
• Interactive data visualisation (charts, tables, trend lines) driven by the incoming measurement records.
• Flexible reporting tools that export PDF, CSV, and live links for management reviews.

The Android side should pair smoothly with the same back-end, capturing measurements from the equipment, syncing offline-first, and reflecting whatever visual and reporting logic you place on the web.

Deliverables will include:
1. Source code with clear folder structure and comments.
2. Deployed web dashboard (Docker or comparable container) plus a signed APK.
3. Basic set-up / deployment documentation and a brief screencast walkthrough.

Clean, maintainable code, state management best practices (Provider, Riverpod, Redux—or equivalent in React), and a straightforward CI/CD pipeline will be considered part of the acceptance criteria.
