Enhancement of Web & Android Based Auto To-Do List
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
EXPLANATION OF THE CONCEPT:
What we are building now is a semi-auto to do list for the preparation team, the team which prepairs the car for sale. We already have an web-app and android app that we want to implement it within. The last developer unfortunately does not have the time to complete it within the time frame required due to him having a lot of projects going on at the moment. The budget is $1200.
So the roles will be:
- Preperation Manager
- Preperation Staff
Just like the previous app which was built.
Once a vehicle is submitted by the collections team, super admin can assign it to a preparation manager. We need it so on the list of submitted vehicles, it is clear which cars has been already assigned to a manager and which have not. Superadmin should have the ability to select multiple cars to assign to a single preparation manager. Superadmin also needs the ability to transfer which manager is handling the vehicle, in which case the list should be transferred – anything that the manager has added onto this list should also be given over to the newly assigned manager. We also want the option to assign to two managers, in which case both managers will have a syncd to do list on that vehicle.
Once the vehicle is assigned to a manager, the manager will have every car which is assigned to him with a to do list within the vehicle with a to do list of what he got to do. He/staff he has assigned to should have the ability to select an entire vehicle, or individual ‘to do’ within the vehicle and delay it for: 1 hour, 3 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days before it comes up on his list again. Each car he can assign to someone else, it should be made clear he has assigned it to someone else, but the to-do list should still remain for the manager, and should be in sync with the staff member.
Each vehicle which is assigned will automatically have: 1) Complete picturing the vehicle - By default this is at top priority 2) Diagnostic after test drive picture (The one thats from the collection team app we made) - This option will be at 2nd to top priority 3) If collection team marked that there is bodywork damage from the fields, then the section of bodywork should be there - Third this will be a 3rd to top priority, this option should be able to open and have the same view the admin has, where they can view pictures that was taken by collection team 4) If collection team marked that there is mechanical damage, then all fields from there should be there - This should come up as a 'ToDo' on the list, which - this will be a 4th to top priority, this option should be able to open and have the same view the admin has, where they can view pictures that was taken by collection team – only within these top 4, we need to be able to make a todo list within them – these 4 should always remain on the top unless the manager/staff member delays these tasks by selecting how long it should be delayed for After these 4 things in the list, we allow manager or staff that it assigned to add custom 'ToDo' so they can add something like 'Wash the car' or ‘Referb the alloys’ Each 'ToDo' should have the option to also delay up to 3 days, including the priority 4 above. Superadmin should always have a log of anything which has chosen to be delayed.
Every to do should also have a button to mark it as complete. A pop up should appear to ask them to confirm that it is complete.
If the to ‘Vehicle is pictured’ is not complete (being task 1) every 48 hours from assignment it should come up the next time they open the app on assigned manager and assigned staff phone to explain the reason why it is not pictured, they can only fill the form and press submit to continue, no other options and they should be able to enter text explaining why it isn’t pictured. These responses should be logged on the admin panel. It should come up every 48 hours until the picturing is marked as complete.
We also need the option for managers to be able to ‘Add Vehicle’ - This will be just a simple to do list, and only be visible for the manager themselves and the staff member it is assigned to and be synced between them too. When they ‘Add vehicle’ they can are asked for: Make, Model, Vehicle Registration – and then they submit it and they can add todo within that list (this is for the purpose of cars which have been returned and need repairing)
