Enhancement and Functionality addition on Microscope Application

We are looking a capable team, who can help me out to built the auto microscopy with the help of Android application. We designed microscope setup at hardware and their terminology (commands using Bluetooth HC-05). We have small setup application, right now they were configured/integrated with our setup. We want some advancement in that application so that we can add some value addition feature for reporting the same. This will include the website development also.
We are adding requirement document for checking the capability of the developer. If anyone do this project then we will definitely go with you futuristically.
