Add company notes/reference fields for cross-border information to streamline future reference and ease of access.
Add fields for shipment specifics, such as:

4. Vehicle Information (Review Pending)

Update to align with US requirements and measurements.
Include fields for VIN numbers, model names, truck dimensions (in inches), and weight capacities.

5. Bidding System Modifications

Confirm existing bidding system functionality is retained.
Ensure drivers can see their approved BID as the total rate divided by loaded miles, providing a rate per mile.
Company collects a percentage markup (10-15%) above the rate sent to the client for approval.
No auto-assignment of orders.
Limit visibility of offers to drivers within a 150-mile radius.
Company should have the option to send offers to selected drivers OR drivers further than 150 miles.
When viewing shipments, drivers should only see pickup city/state and delivery city/state without full details to protect private client information. Full information is provided only after bid acceptance.
Display bid offers with vehicle information, mileage from pickup, and ETA to pickup (calculated at 50mph).

6. Payment System Modifications

Disable wallet payment options for both drivers and clients.
Implement manual payment processing through banks for completed loads:
Drivers: Paid via bank transfer. Add notification system to alert drivers when payments are sent.
Clients: Payments received via bank transfer.

7. Order Creation via Website and API Support

Enable order creation from the website, not just through the user app.
Add API integration for automatic shipment information submission to the platform.

8. Driver Location and Availability Mapping

Show real-time driver location with statuses:
Available.
On Load.
Unavailable.
Enable clients and dispatch staff to view driver locations, click on available drivers, and submit shipment offers directly.

9. Shipment Tracking and Status Links

Generate unique shipment tracking links with:
Shipment information.
Driver information.
Real-time map showing progress, miles completed, and miles remaining.
Approximate arrival ETA.
Attached photos of freight and documents at pickup and delivery.
Proof of delivery with name, signature, and signed BOL.

10. Chat Functionality
Modify chat functionality to allow communication between drivers and company dispatch.
Support file and image attachments within the chat.

11. Additional Features and Enhancements
